Online Shopping Service Agreement with Third-Party Delivery

1. Our Agreement. Your Registration, Login, and Password
By registering with your personal information and creating your login and password, you agree to this Agreement without the need for a physical signature. This Agreement applies to purchases made online through our official website. You are solely responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy, and updating of the information provided in your registration, as well as for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials and password.

2. Our Agreement. Customer Service
Our intention is always to provide the best service possible. If you are dissatisfied with any delivery, please contact us at atendimento@icandybeauty.com. We will be happy to review your complaint within our capabilities. Information about our services, as well as the conditions for placing, modifying, or canceling orders, is available in the appropriate sections of our website. We recommend that you review this information to better understand our offers.

3. Exchanges and Returns
The exchange and return policy described below applies to purchases made through the iCandy website.

About the exchange process:
After verifying that the product is within the warranty period, our Customer Service team will provide instructions for sending the order for evaluation and possible exchange for another item from our catalog.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, an exchange date will be scheduled. Defects caused by misuse will not qualify for exchange, such as broken products, scratches, loose caps, leaking liquid, and similar issues.

To request an exchange, our Customer Service team may ask the consumer to provide a copy of the invoice and warranty certificate.

Returns under the right of withdrawal and cancellation requests:
For purchases made through the iCandy website, the consumer may request order cancellation and return of purchased products within up to 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt. The request may be made through our customer service channels available in the footer of the website.

Note:
When requesting a return under the right of withdrawal, the consumer must return the product in excellent condition: without stains, tears, or damage, with the identification tag, and accompanied by the invoice.

4. Prices, Availability, and Deliveries
We accept orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, throughout the year. Products are delivered by third-party carriers or postal services. Up to 3 delivery attempts may be made. If delivery cannot be completed, an additional shipping fee may apply for reshipment.

Prices may be updated without prior notice. Only orders completed with confirmed payment will be processed.

We frequently run promotional campaigns and discounts on our website.

5. Delivery and Receipt of Products
In order for us to deliver your order to your address, you or a representative must be present to receive the product(s). At the time of delivery, the carrier may provide the invoice and request your signature, or your representative’s signature, as confirmation that the delivery was received correctly and completely. For this reason, the order should always be checked upon receipt. Refuse delivery if the packaging is not in proper condition or shows signs of damage.

For customers receiving deliveries through postal services or carriers, whether inside or outside capital cities, the delivery timeframe will follow the policies of those companies, starting from our shipping confirmation.

Please always check the product dimensions and make sure it can pass through doors, hallways, and elevators, as contracted carriers do not perform disassembly, stair transport, or hoisting. Any additional expenses are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Payment
The available payment methods for purchases made on our website are: credit card and Pix. We do not accept other payment methods.

Credit card payments follow these rules:

  • Credit card purchases are processed only under the credit function;

  • Installment payments are valid only for cards issued in Brazil. Purchases made with credit cards issued in other countries will follow the rules of the card issuer and may be subject to later validation for payment authorization according to the payment option selected by the consumer;

  • We accept major credit card brands available at checkout;

  • If you wish to use a third party’s credit card to complete your purchase, the order must be placed in the name of the cardholder or an authorized dependent using an additional card. For security reasons, all information is validated before we authorize the completion of a payment.

7. Shipping
iCandy works in partnership with postal services and selected carriers to complete deliveries. Delivery time is counted from the date the order is posted. Please note that credit card authorization may take up to 24 hours before your purchase is released for processing.

In addition to payment confirmation, delivery time varies depending on the city, state, and shipping option selected at checkout. Please review delivery times and shipping costs during checkout. Please note that it is not possible to schedule the date and time of delivery, and it is the customer’s responsibility to track the shipment using the tracking code provided.

You may calculate the estimated delivery time in your shopping cart. The timeframe includes internal processing of up to 1 business day, added to the carrier’s delivery time according to your address.

8. Electronic Security
All pages on our website that begin with https are encrypted using SSL during transmission. We use this security method on all pages that involve the exchange of personal information and payment details.

9. Duration and Termination of Our Relationship
The term of this Agreement begins when your purchase starts and ends when the purchased products are delivered and receipt is confirmed. The consumer has the right to request a return under the right of withdrawal within 7 calendar days after delivery, as described in item 3.

We may cancel purchases in cases of suspected fraud, notifying you in advance at the email address provided in your registration.

Your order may remain on hold for up to 10 business days so that we can confirm the information in our records. You may be contacted to provide additional information, such as proof of address, copies of documents, or other items that may be necessary.

10. General Conditions
You agree that the use of electronic means of communication through the contact channels provided herein will be considered acceptable for all purposes.

You agree to provide information that allows us to confirm that you are in fact the person making the purchase on our website.

You agree to provide copies of documents requested by our payment approval department, when necessary, in order to confirm the accuracy of the information provided during registration. You also agree to our website privacy policy.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Brazil, and any disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts determined under applicable Brazilian law.
